INSTRUCTIONS:
* In a high-speed blender, combine the Greek yogurt, chilled water, and salted pistachio syrup.
* Add the rose water, ground cardamom, and a tiny pinch of sea salt.

* Add 3-4 ice cubes to the blender.
* Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and a light froth forms on top.
