SALTED ALMOND & DATE SHAKE 🥛🌴

A rich, velvety, and cannabis-infused restorative shake. This recipe leans into the natural, caramel-like sweetness of date syrup, balanced by the toasted nuttiness of almond milk and a sharp hit of sea salt. It’s a nutrient-dense, creamy treat with a sophisticated salty-sweet finish.

RECIPE INFO:

Category: Beverage / Shake

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

THC per serving: Approximately 10mg THC per serving

TERPENE PAIRING:

Best paired with strains high in Myrcene or Linalool. Myrcene enhances the rich, earthy sweetness of the dates, while Linalool provides a subtle floral counterpoint to the creamy almond and salt.

DOSAGE INFORMATION:

Each serving contains approximately 10mg THC. This is a moderate dose. Adjust based on your personal tolerance and the potency of your tincture.

PLEASE CONSUME RESPONSIBLY AND START LOW, GO SLOW!

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Effects may take 30-90 minutes to onset. Wait at least 2 hours before considering additional consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery.

INGREDIENTS:

 * 10mg THC total cannabis tincture

 * 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (chilled)

 * 2 tbsp date syrup (or 3 pitted Medjool dates)

 * 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt (plus a pinch for garnish)

 * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 * 1 cup ice cubes

 * Garnish: A drizzle of date syrup and a sprinkle of crushed almonds

INSTRUCTIONS:

 * Place the almond milk, date syrup (or whole pitted dates), vanilla extract, and sea salt into a high-speed blender.

 * Add the cannabis tincture (10mg).

 * Add the ice cubes.

 * Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy. If using whole dates, ensure they are fully pulverized.

 * Pour into a chilled glass.

 * Garnish with a final drizzle of date syrup, a pinch of sea salt, and a few crushed almonds for texture.

CHEF TIPS:

The Dates: If using whole Medjool dates instead of syrup, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes beforehand if they feel firm; this ensures a perfectly smooth shake.

Consistency: For a thicker, more "milkshake" like texture, use a frozen banana or increase the ice.

Salt Balance: Don't skip the salt! It is the key to cutting through the density of the dates and making the almond flavor pop.

Serve immediately. Enjoy the Salted Almond & Date Shake responsibly 🥛🌴
