PLEASE CONSUME RESPONSIBLY AND START LOW, GO SLOW!
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Effects may take 30-90 minutes to onset. Wait at least 2 hours before considering additional consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery.
INGREDIENTS:
* 20mg THC total cannabis-infused simple syrup
* 6 oz fresh mango puree
* 2 oz fresh lime juice
* 2-3 thin slices of fresh jalapeño (seeds removed for less heat)
* 2 oz orange juice (to mimic triple sec)
* 1 tbsp smoked sea salt
* 1/2 tsp chili powder (ancho or chipotle)
* Fresh ice
* Garnish: Lime wheel and a tajin-dusted mango spear
INSTRUCTIONS:
* On a small plate, mix the smoked sea salt and chili powder. Run a lime wedge around the rims of two rocks glasses and dip them into the salt mixture to coat.
* In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices with the lime juice to release the heat.
* Add the mango puree, orange juice, and the cannabis syrup (20mg total) to the shaker.
* Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until very cold and the mango puree is frothy.
* Fill the rimmed glasses with fresh ice.
* Strain the mixture evenly into the glasses.
* Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and a mango spear dusted with a little extra chili-salt.
CHEF TIPS:
Puree Consistency: If the mango puree is too thick, add a splash of sparkling water to loosen the texture.
Heat Control: For a "milder" spice, skip the muddling and simply drop the jalapeño slices into the shaker for the shake only.
The Smoke: If you don't have smoked salt, a tiny drop of liquid smoke added to the shaker can provide that depth of flavor.
Serve immediately. Enjoy the Smoked Chili Mango Margarita responsibly 🥭🌶️
