Smothered Cajun Chicken with Cannabis-Infused Onion Gravy
Slow Southern kitchens have always been about patience—building deep flavor from simple ingredients and letting the pan do the talking. This dish follows that tradition: seared chicken, a dark onion gravy, and rich spice that clings to every bite. The cannabis infusion melts gently into the gravy so the flavor stays savory and balanced rather than herbal.
Terpene Pairing
Myrcene + Caryophyllene — enhances the warm peppery depth of Cajun spices.
