Spiked Arnold Palmer THC Gummies
(10 mg THC each · 50 gummies · 500 mg total batch)
Half fresh-brewed black tea, half homemade lemonade, touch of bourbon barrel-aged vanilla, and a splash of real bourbon. Tastes exactly like the 19th-hole classic, zero weed flavor.
Decarboxylation
2.5 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.25 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~500 mg usable THC
Infusion
½ cup (120 ml) neutral oil (refined coconut or light olive) + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed material → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 500 mg THC oil
Gummy Liquid
All 500 mg THC oil
½ cup (120 ml) fresh lemon juice (≈ 4 lemons)
½ cup (120 ml) strong brewed black tea, cooled (use 2 bags in ½ cup hot water, steep 5 min)
¾ cup (250 g) light corn syrup or honey
2 tbsp bourbon (optional but perfect)
1 tsp bourbon barrel-aged vanilla (or regular vanilla)
2 pouches (6 tbsp / 50 g) unflavored gelatin (or 25 g agar for vegan)
Steps
1. Bloom gelatin in cold lemon juice + tea for 10 minutes.
2. Warm corn syrup/honey + THC oil + bourbon + vanilla to 160 °F → pour over bloomed gelatin → whisk until completely smooth.
3. Return to low heat → stir 2–3 minutes until fully liquid (do not boil).
4. Pour into 2 ml or 5 ml molds (≈ 50 × 10 mg pieces) → tap to release bubbles.
5. Freezer 15–20 minutes → pop out → optional toss in citric acid/sugar mix for that sour kick.
Storage
Airtight jar → 1 month room temp, 3 months fridge
