Spiked Corpse Reviver Lavender Gummies
Decarboxylation

- Grinder
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 240°F (115°C).
2. Break flower into small pieces, grind coarsely.
3. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake 30-40 minutes, stir halfway.

4. Cool slightly, strain through cheesecloth into container, squeeze gently.
5. This is your canna-simple syrup (about 1 cup yield).
Recipe (makes about 50 gummies)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup canna-simple syrup (from above)
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1/4 cup Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano)
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons absinthe
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender (food-grade)
- Purple food coloring (optional, a few drops for lavender hue)
- 6 tablespoons gelatin (250 bloom for firm chew)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon citric acid (for coating, optional for tart rim)
Steps:
1. In saucepan, combine canna-simple syrup, gin, Lillet, orange liqueur, lemon juice, absinthe, and lavender.
2. Heat gently to infuse lavender 10 minutes (do not boil—alcohol evaporates).
3. Strain out lavender.
4. Add purple food coloring if using.
5. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture, let bloom 5 minutes.
6. Heat on low, stirring constantly until gelatin fully dissolves (do not boil).
7. Pour into silicone gummy molds (1-2 teaspoon per cavity).
8. Refrigerate 30-60 minutes until set.
9. Unmold gummies.
10. Mix sugar and citric acid in bowl, toss gummies to coat for sparkle and classic Corpse Reviver brightness.
11. Let air-dry uncovered 24 hours for slight skin (classic gummy texture).
Each gummy contains approximately 10mg THC (based on 10g of 15% THC flower divided into 50 pieces; actual potency varies—start with half a gummy and wait 2 hours). The herbal lavender, citrus, and anise notes from absinthe revive the pre-Prohibition Corpse Reviver cocktail in gummy form—alcohol softens set slightly. Store in airtight container in fridge up to 2 weeks.
