Spiked Peach Sweet Tea Jello Shots
(25 mg THC each · 20 shots · 500 mg total batch)
Wobbly, boozy peach tea jello with Southern charm – sweet black tea, ripe peach, and bourbon bite. Tastes like backyard summer in a cup, zero weed flavor.
Decarboxylation
2.5 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.25 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~500 mg usable THC
Infusion
1 cup (240 ml) strong black tea (brewed double strength, cooled) + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed material → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 500 mg THC tea
Jello Base
All 500 mg THC tea
½ cup (120 ml) peach nectar or purée (fresh or bottled)
½ cup (120 ml) bourbon (good mid-shelf for smooth flavor)
¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
4 tbsp powdered gelatin (or 30 g agar for vegan)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch fine salt
Steps
1. Bloom gelatin in ½ cup cold peach nectar for 10 minutes.
2. Warm THC tea + bourbon + sugar + lemon juice + salt to 160 °F → whisk in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
3. Stir in remaining peach nectar → taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into 2-oz shot cups or silicone molds (20 portions) → chill 4+ hours until firm.
5. Optional garnish: thin peach slice on top before setting.
Storage
Covered tray → fridge 1 week
Individual cups → 2 weeks

500 mg ÷ 20 = 25 mg exact per shot
One shot = porch-sitting relaxation
