Spiked Pimm’s Cup Strawberry Slices  

(20 mg THC each · 30 slices · 600 mg total batch)


Juicy strawberry slices soaked in Pimm’s liqueur, cucumber essence, ginger spice, and citrus brightness – boozy fruit candy with British summer cup vibes. Fresh berry pop, herbal lift, zero weed flavor.


Decarboxylation  

3.0 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.5 g good kief)  

240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~600 mg usable THC


Infusion  

¾ cup (180 ml) Pimm’s No. 1 + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin  

Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed material → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours  

Strain hard → crystal-clear 600 mg THC Pimm’s


Fruit Prep  

30 large fresh strawberries (hulled, sliced thick ~½ inch)  

All 600 mg THC Pimm’s  

¼ cup fresh lemon juice  

2 tbsp ginger syrup or finely grated fresh ginger  

Thin cucumber ribbons (from ½ cucumber, for essence)  

Optional: few mint leaves for aroma


Steps


1. Combine THC Pimm’s + lemon juice + ginger + cucumber ribbons + mint → add strawberry slices → refrigerate 24–48 hours (longer = deeper flavor/soak).


2. Drain well → pat slices dry → dehydrate low 135 °F 6–10 hours until chewy-leathery (dehydrator best, oven low with door cracked works).


3. Optional dust with fine sugar for sparkle.


Storage  

Airtight jar → room temp 1 month  

Fridge → 3 months


Dosing  

600 mg ÷ 30 = 20 mg exact per slice  

One slice = Pimm’s garden sip  

Two slices = full Wimbledon glow
