(we made the exact same recipe with both strains, same dose, same day—here’s what actually happened)

We took our standard 10 mg fudgy brownie recipe and split one batch: half infused with Blue Dream live rosin, half with Wedding Cake live rosin. Same rosin potency (78 % THC), same 10 mg per brownie, blind taste test with 20 regular customers.

Blue Dream Brownies
Aroma coming out of the oven: blueberry muffin, sweet hash, faint pine
Flavor in the brownie: bright berry on the front, creamy vanilla middle, subtle herbal finish
Effects (onset 70–90 min)
- Head: clear, creative, happy, almost sparkling
- Body: light, floaty, zero heaviness

Wedding Cake Brownies
Aroma coming out of the oven: vanilla frosting, gas, sweet earth, slight tang
Flavor in the brownie: rich cake batter, creamy, subtle peppery bite on the exhale
Effects (onset 70–90 min)
- Head: warm, slightly foggy, giggly then chill
- Body: heavy, melty, couch-lock leans hard
- Duration: 6–9 hours, long sleepy tail
- Best for: night, movies, pain relief, insomnia, “do not operate heavy machinery”
- 19/20 testers guessed “indica” correctly

- Blue Dream peak hit at 2 hours → people wanted to talk, dance, create
- Wedding Cake peak hit at 2.5 hours → people wanted blankets and silence
- Pain relief: Wedding Cake edged out 8/10 vs Blue Dream 6/10

- Sleep: Wedding Cake put 16/20 testers down within 4 hours; Blue Dream kept 17/20 awake and chatty

The takeaway
Live rosin carries the strain’s soul into edibles better than any other concentrate we’ve tested.
Blue Dream brownies feel like Saturday morning with coffee.
Wedding Cake brownies feel like Friday night with the lights off.

Make both.
Label them clearly.
