Complete Recipe – 60 Sparkling Strawberry Rosé Gumdrops (10 mg each)
Ingredients
½ cup cold water
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan)
½ cup dry rosé wine (cheap pink stuff works great)
1 (3 oz) packet strawberry Jell-O
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 oz (6 tablespoons) of your 600 mg clear tincture
Superfine sugar or pink sanding sugar for coating
Silicone gem/drop molds (60 cavities total)
Steps
1. Very lightly oil molds and wipe almost dry with a paper towel.
2. Pour cold water into a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the top, let bloom 5 minutes.
3. Add rosé and Jell-O powder. Warm over medium-low, whisking constantly until fully dissolved (3–4 min). Do NOT boil.
4. Remove from heat, whisk in corn syrup.
5. Whisk in the full 3 oz tincture for 45 seconds straight – this locks in even dosing.
6. Use a dropper or small pitcher to fill molds right to the brim.
7. Fridge 25–30 minutes until firm.
8. Pop out onto parchment, let air-dry on the counter 24–48 hours (this gives the classic gumdrop skin).
9. Roll in superfine or pink sanding sugar right before jarring.
Storage
Airtight tin or jar on the counter: 3 months
Fridge: 6+ months
Start with one and wait 90 minutes. These hit elegant and euphoric, like a poolside day with zero responsibilities. Keep them cold if you’re in a hot climate or they’ll melt into a very expensive puddle. Cheers.
