INGREDIENTS:

 * 6 oz spicy ginger ale (chilled)

 * 2 dashes aromatic bitters (non-alcoholic)

 * Crushed ice (plenty)

 * Garnish: Fried sage leaf and a pinch of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

 * In a sturdy highball glass or a metal swizzle cup, place the fresh sage leaves and lemon juice.

 * Muddle gently to release the oils of the sage without shredding the leaves.

 * Add the sweet potato syrup and the cannabis elixir (20mg total).

 * Fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice.

 * Use a swizzle stick or long bar spoon to stir rapidly (swizzle) by placing the handle between your palms and rotating back and forth until a frost forms on the outside of the glass.

 * Top with chilled ginger ale.

 * Add more crushed ice to create a mound on top.

 * Dash the bitters over the ice mound and garnish with a sage leaf and a dusting of cinnamon.

Sage Freshness: Use only fresh sage; dried sage will make the drink taste dusty. If you want more intensity, slap the sage leaves against your palm before putting them in the glass to wake up the aromatics.
