Tangerine Dream THC Creamsicles

Creamy vanilla ice cream core wrapped in bright tangerine sorbet shell – tastes exactly like the classic dreamsicle but with fresh citrus punch. Zero weed flavor.
Decarboxylation
1.2 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 0.6 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~240 mg usable THC
Infusion
1½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed material → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 240 mg THC cream
Vanilla Cream Core
All 240 mg THC cream
1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
Pinch fine salt
1 vanilla bean, split and scraped (or 2 tsp vanilla bean paste)
Tangerine Shell
2 cups (480 ml) fresh tangerine juice (about 12–14 tangerines)
½ cup (120 ml) simple syrup (or to taste)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch fine salt
Steps
1. Make vanilla cream: warm THC cream + milk + sugar + salt + vanilla → chill overnight → churn in ice cream maker until thick → freeze firm in loaf pan.
2. Make tangerine sorbet: combine juice + simple syrup + lemon + salt → chill → churn in ice cream maker until slushy.
3. Assembly: line popsicle molds with tangerine sorbet (about ⅔ full) → freeze 30 minutes → scoop firm vanilla core into center → top with more tangerine → insert sticks → freeze 6+ hours.
4. Unmold: run under warm water 10 seconds → pull gently.

Wrapped individually → freezer 2 months
Dosing
240 mg ÷ 12 = 20 mg exact per creamsicle
One creamsicle = sunny afternoon treat
Two creamsicles = full citrus dream state
