Tiramisu Layer Cake (50 mg THC per slice · 8 slices · 400 mg total batch)

Three espresso-soaked cocoa layers, mascarpone whipped cream, dark chocolate ganache lid. Zero weed taste, pure Italian decadence.

Decarboxylation
2.0 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.0 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~400 mg usable THC

Infusion
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream + ½ tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Warm to 170 °F → add decarbed flower → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 400 mg THC cream

Cake Layers (makes three 6-inch layers)
1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
3 large eggs
¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup (60 ml) strong espresso (for batter)
¼ cup (57 g) unsalted butter, melted

Mascarpone Cream
All 400 mg THC cream
8 oz (225 g) mascarpone, cold
½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Soak
1 cup strong espresso, cooled
2 tbsp coffee liqueur or dark rum (optional)
1 tbsp sugar

Ganache Top
100 g 70 % dark chocolate
100 ml heavy cream

Steps

1. Cake: Preheat 350 °F. Line three 6-inch pans.
Whip eggs + sugar 6–8 min until tripled and pale.
Sift dry → fold gently → fold in espresso, butter, vanilla.
Divide → bake 18–22 min. Cool completely.

2. Cream: Whip THC cream to soft peaks → add cold mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla → whip to firm peaks.

3. Assembly: Brush each layer generously with espresso soak.
   Layer cake-cream-cake-cream-cake-cream.
   Chill 1 hour.

4. Ganache: Heat cream to just boiling → pour over chocolate → wait 2 min → stir smooth.
Pour over chilled cake → let set 30 min.

5. Dust heavily with cocoa powder right before serving.

Storage
Fridge → 5 days (cover cut side)
Freezer (pre-sliced) → 2 months

Dosing
400 mg ÷ 8 generous slices = 50 mg exact per slice
One slice = perfect dinner-party buzz
Half slice = still puts most people on the couch

Espresso-soaked, cloud-light, not too sweet, finishes with dark chocolate.
This is the “bring to your in-laws and never tell them” cake.
Cut small slices.
They will ask for seconds.
