WINTER BERRY & BRAMBLE CRUSH 🍓❄️

A tart, cooling, and deeply refreshing beverage that utilizes the sharp brightness of winter berries. This drink is crushed over a mountain of pebbled ice, creating a slush-like texture that makes the botanical notes of the fruit and herbs pop. It’s a vibrant, colorful addition to any tavern table.

RECIPE INFO:

Category: Beverage / Fruit

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

THC per serving: Approximately 10mg THC per serving

TERPENE PAIRING:

Best paired with strains high in Terpinolene or Linalool. Terpinolene highlights the floral, berry notes, while Linalool adds a calming, lavender-like finish that rounds out the tartness of the berries.

DOSAGE INFORMATION:

Each serving contains approximately 10mg THC. This is a moderate dose. Adjust based on your personal tolerance and the potency of your tincture.

PLEASE CONSUME RESPONSIBLY AND START LOW, GO SLOW!

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Effects may take 30-90 minutes to onset. Wait at least 2 hours before considering additional consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery.

INGREDIENTS:

 * 10mg THC total cannabis tincture

 * 1/4 cup mixed winter berries (cranberries, blackberries, and raspberries)

 * 1/2 oz simple syrup

 * 1/2 oz lime juice

 * 4 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)

 * Crushed ice (pebble ice is best)

 * Garnish: A sprig of mint and a few frozen berries dusted with powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

 * In a sturdy tavern glass, add the berries and the simple syrup.

 * Muddle the berries until they are smashed and have released all their juices.

 * Add the lime juice and the cannabis tincture (10mg).

 * Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice.

 * Pour the ginger beer over the ice, allowing it to bubble down through the fruit mixture.

 * Stir gently with a long spoon to pull the berry juice from the bottom up into the ice.

 * Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a few extra berries on top.

CHEF TIPS:

The Berries: If using frozen berries, let them thaw for a few minutes before muddling to ensure you get all the juice.

The Ice: If you don't have pebble ice, you can crush regular ice cubes in a clean tea towel with a mallet for that authentic rustic "crush" texture.

The Ginger: Use a spicy ginger beer to give the drink a "bite" that mimics the warmth of a traditional tavern spirit.

Serve immediately. Enjoy the Winter Berry & Bramble Crush responsibly 🍓❄️
