Winter Peppermint Bark Drop

Three-layer white-dark-peppermint chocolate bark studded with crushed candy canes. Crisp, melty, festive. Zero weed taste.
Decarboxylation
3.0 g flower @ 22–25 % THC (or 1.5 g good kief)
240 °F for 40 minutes in sealed mason jar → ~600 mg usable THC
Infusion
300 g total chocolate (150 g dark 70 % + 150 g white) + 1 tsp liquid sunflower lecithin
Melt chocolate to 115 °F → add decarbed flower → sous-vide 185 °F for 2 hours
Strain hard → crystal-clear 600 mg THC chocolate blend
Bark Ingredients
All 600 mg THC chocolate (keep dark and white separate)
½ tsp pure peppermint oil (food-grade)
6 regular candy canes, crushed (¼ cup fine + ¼ cup chunks)
pinch flaky sea salt
Steps
1. Line 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Melt dark THC chocolate → stir in ¼ tsp peppermint oil.
Pour into pan → spread evenly → chill 10 min until matte.
3. Melt white THC chocolate → stir in ¼ tsp peppermint oil.
Pour over dark layer → gently spread.
4. Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes + flaky salt while white layer is still wet.
5. Chill 30 minutes until fully set.
6. Lift out → break or cut into 24 rough pieces.
Storage
Airtight tin with parchment between layers → 2 months room temp
