420 Rebels Founders Club — Official Founder Membership

The Founders Club is a one-time, limited-run recognition for the first supporters who helped shape 420 Rebels from the ground up. Each Founder receives a permanent place in the story — documented, numbered, and honored as part of the original class.

The Founders Club operates as an annual membership with enrollment opening once per year. Membership pricing is locked only for the first 100 Founders enrolled in each annual class.

Once the 100-member limit is reached, enrollment for that year closes permanently. Future enrollment periods will reopen annually with adjusted pricing based on the evolving scope and cost of the Founders Club experience.

Pricing may increase year over year due to factors including, but not limited to:

• Founder-only events and activations

• Annual retreat planning and accommodations

• Founder-exclusive gear (one new exclusive item added each year)

• Production, logistics, and fulfillment costs

• Expanded experiences and access as the Club grows

Membership pricing is reviewed and set once per year during the enrollment window to reflect the upcoming year’s plans, commitments, and resources. Renewing Founders should expect pricing to adjust over time as the value and scale of the experience increases.

This structure ensures the Founders Club remains intentional, sustainable, and aligned with the quality standards of the brand.

This membership includes:

• Personalized Founder Coin — sequential Founder Number + Founder Name

• Founders Book Listing — your name recorded in the official Founders Registry (with the option to add your Stoner Name if you choose)

• Founders Shirt — left-chest embroidered Danky with Founder beneath it; Founders Crest printed large across the back with your Founder Number below

Every Founder number is assigned in the order members join.

Once the 100-member annual limit is reached, enrollment closes until the next defined enrollment window.

This is not merchandise — it’s recognition, record, and legacy within the brand.

Enrollment Structure

• Founders Club enrollment opens once per year
